Our menu favourites are classics such as fillet of bream with lemon, fillet of sea bass in a salt crust, fish tartare, mixed fried seafood with little squids, shrimps, sardines and queen scallops, as well as traditional local dishes like risotto with silene, which are shoots of bladder campion, a local wild herb known locally as ‘Grisol’ or ‘Scjopetin’ and very popular for its delicate flavour.
